Homeless Vet Center Breaks Ground In Vancouver

A band belted out patriotic tunes Thursday ahead of the groundbreaking ceremony for a new homeless veterans’ housing center on the Vancouver, Washington campus of Portland office of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
