Marines evacuate South Sudan embassy personnel

New crisis response task force was sent to East Africa amid violence

CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti — A Marine crisis response force evacuated U.S. embassy personnel from South Sudan Friday as political and ethnic clashes gripped the East African nation.
