Calif. family of fallen Marine to get Navy Cross

CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. (AP) -- The U.S. Navy is expected to present its highest honor to the California family of a 20-year-old Marine killed by a roadside bomb in Afghanistan after helping his fellow Marines get out of harm's way.
