Family, city prepare to honor fallen Visalia Marine

Eighteen-month-old Jacob Verbeek doesn't know why hundreds of American flags line his Visalia neighborhood, but when his small hand grasped the wooden stick holding an American flag Monday, it's clear he'll have many memories of his father.
