Bank to pay $48 million to military homeowners

JPMorgan Chase has agreed to pay about $48 million to service members affected by alleged violations of the Servicemembers’ Civil Relief Act, in a settlement of a class action lawsuit filed by Marine Corps Capt. Jonathon Rowles.
